Join us as we celebrate our beautiful city and honor our Hometown Heroes on Saturday, August 3, 2023. North Park Place will be the location for our outdoor stage, beer truck, and food booths. This free event is brought to you by The Midland Theatre and the City of Newark.
EVENT SCHEDULE:
- 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Grab a lawn chair, join us on the south side of the Square Courthouse lawn, cheer on Pelotonia racers, and rock out to a live DJ!
- 3:00 p.m. -10:00 p.m. Budweiser Beer Truck and Food Booths available
- 4:00 p.m. Honoring Hometown Heroes
- 5:00 p.m. Unveiling of the Hometown Heroes banners, presentation of colors by Newark High School JROTC, and National Anthem with Audrey Adkins
- 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. LandRey
- 7:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. The Menus
- Beer is $5 a ticket
